ok i was thinking of a class that has a chain and would use an interesting attributte

Taunt{e}
Target foe is hexed with taunt. for 10...30 seconds target foe attacks 33%faster,runs 25% faster and whenever hit with an attack takes double damage. after 5 seconds target foe cannot attack for 5...10 seconds.

i was thinking this would cause a foe to go crazy and mabye a skill like:

Bight Me
Target foe is hexed with Bight Me. when ever target foe attacks they steal health but take double damage.

so they gain something but also loose something.

any ideas i was thinking like a tortuer not like the exuctioner Down there

so thoughts?
